Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Hyman's. That's why all products sold by us come with a money back satisfaction guarantee (exclusions apply).

In the unlikely event you're not completely happy with any of our products please return them in a re saleable condition in their original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a full refund of the goods value or replacement - no questions asked. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

In the event that you receive an item due to an error on our part or one which is faulty, we will refund your postage costs in returning the item to us. See returns & refunds below for details on how to return a defective item to us.

We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange.

Please send us a copy of your invoice with the product(s). The product must be in re salable condition, and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please note, however, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.

Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned item. We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.

If you wish to cancel your order before you receive the item(s), please email or telephone customer services with your order number.

Exclusions

Body jewellery and earrings due to hygiene reasons.

• Made to order or items that have been altered to a customer’s request.

• Rings that have been made to order

• Rings that have been re-sized

Hyman's secures your account information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. You must enter your email and password each time you want to access your account information or make transactions.

Never share your account details with anyone. If you are concerned that your password has been compromised, you can change it any time you like by contacting us. Your account login, personal details and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128bit encryption, certified by Verisign Secured.

GDPR STATEMENT

Under Anti Money Laundering Regulation and Legislation combating terrorist financing, we are by law required to collect and store your personal data and identification when we transact with you. Your data will only be used for this purpose and never be exposed to any third parties* You have the right to object to our request at our first point of communication, and you have the right to request erasure of this information.

Each request is assessed on a case by case basis. If we reject your objection to supply personal data as its collection is assessed as a legal necessity or in the interest of public safety, we are legally entitled to refuse the transaction. If we reject your request for the erasure of data, as it is against our legal obligations or not in the interest of public safety, we are legally entitled to do so. Any objection or requests will be recorded by the company and if requested we will respond in writing.
