In the unlikely event you're not completely happy with any of our products please return them in a re saleable condition in their original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a full refund of the goods value or replacement - no questions asked. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

In the event that you receive an item due to an error on our part or one which is faulty, we will refund your postage costs in returning the item to us. See

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange.

Please send us a copy of your invoice with the product(s). The product must be in re salable condition, and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please note, however, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error. Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned item.
 We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order before you receive the item(s), please email or telephone customer services with your order number.
Unfortunately these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

In order to deactivate your account your will need to contact our customer services . However, please understand we cannot completely delete user information because of legal/regulatory and technical back up requirements.

Upon registration every user will receive an email confirming their successful registration. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals via newsletter, if they have requested to do so.
