We make the process of selling your scrap gold easy and simple so you can relax knowing that your gold is in the hands of professionals. CCTV surveillance cameras will be recording the whole process to give you piece of mind.

Before sending your gold to us, the first thing to do is get an initial valuation. Weigh your gold item in grams and put the weight and the ‘hallmarked’ carat value into our gold valuation calculator located on every page. If you have multiple items just separate them according to carat and weigh accordingly.

Once you have a valuation simply fill in the online Valuation Form and submit it to us. You will then receive an email with a unique reference for your gold, so you can track its progress by quoting the reference in any communication with us.

Once the form is submitted, print out and sign the ownership declaration and post it to us along with your gold. We must emphasise the importance of sending your items to us by way of the Royal Mails ‘special delivery’ service. This service guarantees next day delivery, allows you to track your items and insures against loss or damage whilst in transit for up to £500.00. Further insurance of up to £2500 can also be purchased for items of greater value. Please ensure that all gold items are packaged safely and securely in a jiffy bag with extra padding if necessary.

As soon as we receive your package we will check to make sure it is still sealed and has not been tampered with. We will then verify your gold items weight to the nearest 0.1 gram and determine the carat value using the most up to date testing apparatus. This will allow us to make you the best possible offer for your gold using the most up to date gold market prices.

After valuation we will email you with our offer. If you are satisfied with the offer, reply to the email and state a payment method, and the money could be in your account and available to be spent within 24 hours (applies to working days). Why wait when cashing in your scrap gold is only a click away!
